ABOUT US Bayou Crawfish Restaurant got it’s start as a small Crawfish joint in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Wanting to expand their ability to serve customers a larger variety of food, owners Michael Caspari and Jennifer Anderson made the move to Many, Louisiana in 2016. Since then, Bayou Crawfish Restaurant has provided good food with a pleasing atmosphere and at affordable prices. Come by and meet Mike and Jennifer! At Bayou Crawfish Restaurant, we love visiting with new friends and old friends alike. Our reputation as being one of the top restaurants here in the Many area is something we are very proud of and we work everyday to maintain that fine reputation. Bayou Crawfish is one of three restaurants operated by the Anderson-Caspari family. Also in this trio of restaurants is Ollie’s in Leesville, LA and Bell’s Gulf Station Café in Many, LA.
